b. Data Generated During Campaigns
Science of Sales is the sole and exclusive owner of all outreach data, engagement results, analytics, and derivative insights generated through use of our Platform or Services. You acknowledge that you have no ownership or proprietary interest in such data unless explicitly agreed in writing.
c. Contact Data and Third-Party Information
You represent and warrant that you have a lawful basis to provide us with any personal or third-party data you submit. You agree that we may store, use, or share such data in accordance with this Policy, and you release us from any liability arising from use of third-party data provided by you.
5. Client Responsibility and Liability
You assume full and exclusive responsibility for:
The content and legality of all messages, campaigns, and outreach activities
Compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, TCPA, CASL, and any applicable regional regulations
Managing opt-outs, unsubscribes, complaints, and legal inquiries related to your campaigns
Science of Sales provides tools and guidance but assumes no responsibility or liability for any claims, damages, regulatory actions, or reputational harm arising from or related to your use of our Services.
By engaging with us, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Science of Sales LLC and its officers, affiliates, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to your campaigns, content, data, or misuse of our Services.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

With contractors, partners, and service providers who assist in the delivery of our Services (e.g., SMTP providers, CRM platforms, analytics tools)
